bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Payment Verification

Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal requests. tk1971 reserves the right to investigate suspicious financial transactions. If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, it will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in that example, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

tk1971 regularly offers various promotions. Each promotion has its own applicable terms:

• Weekly tk1971 Reload: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200. Can be claimed once per week and used on any game.
• tk1971 Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200. Usable in the sports section only.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for playing. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited. Misuse of bonuses, syndicate betting or attempting to collect bonuses through arbitrage betting is a punishable offence.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. For bets accepted in error due to a technical fault, tk1971 reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the stake. If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned.

5.2 Incorrect Odds

Bets accepted at clearly incorrect or abnormal odds may be cancelled at tk1971's discretion. Attempting to take advantage of odds significantly higher than fair market value will be treated as improper conduct.

5.3 Match Fixing and Manipulation

If a player's betting pattern raises suspicion that they are placing bets with prior knowledge of match fixing, the relevant bets will be cancelled and the account will be suspended for investigation. Such activity is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Game Errors

If a software error in a casino or slot game produces an abnormal result, tk1971 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the stake. tk1971 will not be held liable for issues arising from faults in a game provider's system.

6. Responsible Gaming
